62 Lewis St Lowell MA 01854 || Presbyter - Rev. Father Nikolaos D. Pelekoudas

From our Parish Council President, George S. Zaharoolis

Dear Parishioners and Friends.

Thank you all. The kindness and the outpouring of support extended to our family on  the loss of our Mother, Grandmother and Wife was overwhelming. Thank you all again.

In the last edition of the Communicator, there was an outline of items that have to be done in our church and school community and volunteers are needed. Please review them and please assist us to maintain our community.

The events that took place recently were outstanding - the Greek Independence Day and Palm Sunday fish dinners, the person of the year (Father Peter Rizos) celebration, Greek Independence Day parade in Lowell as well as the parade in Boston, Teamwork Trivia Night was great and everyone had a good time. The upcoming Hellenic American Academy wine tasting event at the Whistler House should also be an enjoyable event.

Greek American Veterans Memorial Day remembrance service will also be held. Our students, a boy and a girl, from the Hellenic American Academy will participate at the Memorial Day remembrance at the auditorium at 11:00 AM on Sunday.

Get ready for our Holy Trinity Church Greek Festival on June 20 & 21, 2015 at the corner of Broadway/Worthen/Dummer Sts. on the grounds of the Hellenic American Academy.

The City of Lowell Folk Festival during the last weekend (Sat/Sun) in July 2015 will have a Church concession as well as a Hellenic American Academy concession. Volunteers are needed for both.
